Yarmouth Hospital Foundation (YHF) announces a change of date for this year’s WE CARE Radiothon, presented by Y95.5 CJLS Yarmouth, from February 3rd to March 3rd.
Given our foundational commitment to health and wellness for all in the Tri-County area and the continued uncertainty regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, Yarmouth Hospital Foundation & Y95.5 are going wholly virtual for this year’s WE CARE Radiothon – and to accommodate this change, the event will be moving from February 3rd to March 3rd but still running 6am – 4pm, as usual.
Rather than the event being based around a physical location, both YHF and Y95.5 Facebook pages will be hosting livestreams, updates and running totals on the date – in addition to the ongoing live radio broadcast coverage by Y95.5. As an additional safety measure, we are doing away with in-person donations and cash handling and have ensured that e-transfer will be available for our donors.
