Sou’West Walkathon

Let’s come together as a community! Join us for the virtual Sou’West Walkathon and walk at least 6 km between October 1st and 15th while raising funds to support the Intensive Care Unit of our regional hospital which serves Sou’West Nova Scotia!

6 kms in support of ICU!

The ICU at Yarmouth Regional Hospital is the intensive care unit for the entire Sou’West Nova Scotia, and the patients there require some of the most careful and specialized care of anyone in the hospital.

ICU reached out for us to help raise funds toward the $34,000 cost of eight specially designed Broda tilt and recline wheelchairs.

Join us virtually and take steps toward making a difference for those who need critical care! It’s EASY, FUN, and provides an opportunity to raise funds for health care in a healthy way! Your donation, no matter the amount, and your shares are powerful actions that can help those needing specialized care in our regional ICU.
